Dr. Mark E. Pullen, D.M.D.
Dr. Mark E. Pullen, a 3rd generation Dentist of Huntsville, attended Birmingham Southern College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology; he received his Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1990.
Dr. Pullen is a member of The American Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and Huntsville-Madison County Dental Society.
He has acquired advanced training at the Esthetic Skin Institute for Botox and dermal filler procedures. He is an Invisalign Preferred Provider, and has been treating people with Invisalign for over fifteen years. He has also taken extensive courses in advanced dental procedures from the Pankey Institute, America’s premier dental teaching hospital. Dr. Pullen has completed advanced training and is certified with the Solea Laser. He uses the Solea Laser for snoring treatment and soft tissue surgery. He and his staff have been trained on digital scanning that allows for quality all porcelain crowns in one day.
Dr. Pullen is a member of the First United Methodist Church. He has been happily married to his beautiful wife Sherry Ann for over 30 years, they have three children, and a grandson.
Dr. Mitch Kestner, D.M.D.
Dr. Kestner is a native of Huntsville, Alabama, and a graduate of Huntsville High School. His undergraduate education was completed at Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a major in Biomedical Sciences. After Auburn, he continued his education at the
University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2022. Dr. Kestner met his wife, Caroline, in dental school, and they married in December of 2019. They enjoy spending time outside together with their dog, Kevin. In his free time, you can find Dr. Kestner playing a round of golf or cheering on his Auburn Tigers. Dr.Kestner is happy to have the opportunity to work in Huntsville and serve the community he grew up in.

Dr. Vlad Kokorin, D.M.D.
Dr. Vlad Kokorin is a young and distinguished dentist originally from Russia. He graduated from the SSMU Dental School of Russia in 2017 and continued his educational journey at UAB, where he graduated with distinction in 2023. With a passion for dentistry that spans two continents, he fully understands the importance of a healthy and radiant smile in enhancing one’s confidence and overall well-being.
Dr. Kokorin’s dental skills encompass a range of expertise, with a particular interest in surgical and implant dentistry. His passion for dentistry extends to furthering his knowledge through continued education in implant dentistry, occlusion, smile makeovers, and even Botox, ensuring his patients receive the latest and most comprehensive care. With a deep-rooted love for art,
Dr. Kokorin is also a skillful artist outside his dental career. He finds joy in expressing his creativity on canvas using his airbrush techniques or in creating murals from time to time. Family is at the core of Dr. Kokorin’s life, and he values spending quality time with his loved ones. He shares this beautiful journey with his wife, Stacey.
